When the founding STI Board Members got involved in the USANA® opportunity, they had no previous success in Network Marketing. However, they knew enough about the industry to find the most successful associates in USANA and duplicate what they were doing to achieve success. They were taught a system that was working for the top leaders in the company at that time. They also ventured out to study training systems used by top-earning associates in other network marketing companies. They compiled all their findings and collectively created a system that would be the most effective to work the business model of USANA.
