STI Webcast Help Page

Installing Microsoft Office Live Meeting Client

NOTE:  Microsoft Live Meeting is not configured for Mac/Apple computers.

The most common problem for logging into a webcast is the blocking of "ActiveX Control" technology.  Microsoft Live Meeting uses ActiveX in order to see if the windows software is loaded on your computer.   Once you allow the Active X Control you will not need to do this in the future for Microsoft Live Meeting STI Webcasts.

If nothing happens after installing, simply go back to the original email or webpage to click on the scheduled LiveMeeting Webcast link again.  It should open the application and allow you to login.  NONE OF OUR STI LIVEMEETINGS REQUIRE A PASSWORD OR ENTRY CODE.
